宁夏四种道地药材及其复方醇提物体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的:考察秦艽等四种宁夏道地药材及复方醇提物的体外抑菌作用。方法:选择秦艽、苦豆子、丁香、石榴皮四种药材提取物及其不同剂量比配制的复方65%乙醇提取物,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等分别进行体外抑菌实验。结果:四种单味药对待测菌均有抑菌作用,丁香抑菌效果最好;各种复方也具有抑菌作用。结论:秦艽、苦豆子、丁香复方抑菌效果大于单味药;四种中草药混合提取物的抑菌效果优于四种单方提取物的混合物。Objective： To observe the antibacterial efficacy in vitro of four indigenous Chinese medicine of Ningxia and ex- tracted compound by ethanol. Methods： 4 efficient substances from Chinese herbs were collected from Liupanshan in Ningxia,including Gentianna macrophylla Pall,Sophora alopecuroides,Syringa, pomegranate husk. Antimicrobial sensitivity tests of broth microdilution methods were carried out for identification of the antimicrobial activity of extracts and their extracted compound by ethanol in volume of 65% against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. Results： The results indicated that the Chinese herbal medicine extracts have good antibaeterial action,with the Syringa showing more potent antibaeterial action. Simultaneously,their extracted compound by ethanol show antibaeteria action. Conclusion： The compound of Gentianna macrophylla Pall, Sophora alopecuroides, Syringa have better antibacterial effect than single one. The extracts of four Chinese herbs~ compound have favourable antibacterial effect than the compound of four Chinese herbs＇ extracts.
