摘　　要：随着计算机和互联网的快速发展,为了解决专业知识的咨询和专家资源相对紧缺间的矛盾,给出了一个基于问题聚类分析的网络自动答疑系统。该系统能面向多种专业知识进行答疑和问题库的更新,能够克服传统答疑方式的专家资源和时空限制的缺陷。经过实验验证,系统能较好地满足计算机专业中多种专业知识答疑准确性的要求,而且能实现新问题的自动分类,结合专家的答案,实现问题库的自动更新。With the rapid development of computer and internet,in order to solve the contradiction between consultation of professional knowledge and lacking of profession resource,a QA system based on cluster analysis and internet is put forward.This method can face to multi professional knowledge and refresh the questions library,and get rid of the limitation to profession resource,time and space in traditional face-to-face QA method.The experiments show the system satisfies the demand on validity of computer＇s multi professional knowledge QA.Meanwhile the method holds the function of questions＇ automatic classification and questions library＇s updating.
