摘　　要：海南旅游犯罪具有一般旅游犯罪的特征,但主要以借海鲜消费、热带旅游实施欺诈性和两抢型的财产性犯罪为主。本文认为,通过海鲜参考价格公示等制度建设,合理布局安保设备和执法人员,严格执法,建立快速投诉和纠纷解决机制,以及充分发挥旅游法庭的作用等措施,可以使海南旅游犯罪得到一定程度的控制。Hainan tourism crime has general characteristics of tourism crime,but mainly through the consumption of seafood,tropical travel to commit fraud and robbery.Through seafood reference price system construction and others ,we can arrange rational distribu- tion of security equipment and law enforcement personnel,be strict with law enforcement,establish a rapid complaint and dispute settlement mechanism,and give full play to the role of the court travel and other measures,so that Hainan tourism crime could be controlled within reasonable limits.
