摘　　要：针对砖混结构房屋墙体裂缝现象,结合工程实际分析了裂缝产生原因,并从设计、施工、监理、政府主管部门四方面入手提出了墙体裂缝防治措施,对控制建筑物裂缝出现有一定现实意义。According to the cracks on the walls of brick-concrete structure houses, the paper analyzes the reasons for the cracks by combining with the engineering fact, and points out the prevention measures of the wall cracks from the design, the construction, the supervision and the government departments, so as to have the realistic significance for the control over the cracks in buildings.
