摘　　要：通过对湖南省溆浦县柑桔"雨雪霜冻"灾害实地调查,剖析了溆浦县柑桔"雨雪霜冻"灾害的成因,提出了应对的技术措施和建议。Based on the investigation of citrus that damaged in rain and snow frost disaster of Xupu County in Hunan Province, the cause d disaster were analyzed, and the technology method and countermeasures of it were pointed out in the paper.
