摘　　要：介绍了工艺控制图的概念和使用方法。用两种方法对相同窑炉温度数据进行了分析,得出了不同的评价结果,比较两种方法的差异和优缺点。在窑炉温度控制状态评价时,控制图比单值波动图更容易发现问题和解决问题,因此建议把控制图应用到窑炉温度控制状态的评价和监控工作中。The concept and use of process control chart are described. The temperature data of the same furnace were analyzed using two methods, with different evaluation results obtained to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. In the evaluation of the furnace temperature control state, the control chart was found easier to find and solve problems than the single value fluctuation chart. It is thus advised that control chart should be applied in the evaluation and monitoring of furnace temperature control state.
