摘 要:阳江地区是广东电网雷电活动比较频繁、雷害比较严重的地区,基于差异化防雷技术对阳江地区输电线路防雷综合治理进行研究。选择雷害严重的典型线路(110 kV白长线)逐基评估杆塔的雷击闪络风险,评估时综合考虑线路走廊、雷电活动、地形地貌、线路结构和绝缘配置的差异性;根据风险评估结果,结合各种防雷措施特点和以往的改造经验,选择安装线路避雷器作为主要改造措施,并提出不同杆塔的避雷器差异化配置方式;最后依据改造杆塔范围和次序,依次制定5套线路避雷器差异化改造方案,并量化评估各套方案的投入产出比。There are frequent lightning activities and lightning disasters in Yangjiang. On the basis of differentiated lightning protection, comprehensive management of lightning protection for transmission lines in Yangjiang is studied. Typical lines with severe lightning disaster ( 110 kV Baichang line) is selected to evaluate on lightning flashover risk for each tower. In the evaluation, differences of line corridor, lightning activities, terrain, line structure and insulation configuration are compre- hensively taken into consideration. In accordance to risk evaluation result and in combination with characteristics of light- ning protection measures and previous reconstructing experience, installation of line attester is chosen and differentiated configuration of arrester for different towers. Finally, according to range and order of towers to be reconstructed, 5 differentiated schemes for arrester reconstruction are designed, and input-output ratio of each scheme is quantitatively evaluated.
