摘　　要：介绍了国内首次由业主主导,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于楼宇火灾预警和逃生的实施案例。分析了上海容灾中心在消防安全方面的要求,以及开发智能预警平台存在的难点。在上海容灾中心一期建设的基础上,开发了一套基于BIM技术的集火灾报警和实时逃生为一体的应用软件平台,即智能预警平台,提高了火灾预警和处理的能力。The first case of applying building information model（BIM） technology into the building fire early-warning and escaping under the willing of owner in our country is introduced.The requirements of fire protection from Shanghai Disaster Tolerance Center,as well as the difficulty of developing intelligent early-warning platform,are analyzed in the paper.Upon the base of first stage construction of Shanghai Disaster Tolerance Center,a set of application software platform which is named intelligent early-warning platform integrated with fire warning and real-time escaping is developed depending on the BIM technology,with this platform the capability of handling fire warning and procedure is improved.
