反相高效液相色谱法测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖泡腾片中硫酸氨基葡萄糖的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量测定的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:样品柱前衍生化后采用反相高效液相色谱进行测定,使用Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,3μm),流动相为三水合乙酸钠溶液-甲醇(90∶10),用紫外检测器检测。结果:方法的进样量线性范围为0.399～1.597 mg/mL(r=0.9993),回收率为98%～102%。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,是测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖泡腾片含量的有效方法,并可用于硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量的测定。Objective： To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of glucosamine. Methods： Glucosamine sulphate was precolumn derivated, then determined by RP-HPLC in a Hypersil ODS column （4.6 mm×50mm, 3μm） with CH3COONa · 3H20-CH3OH （90 ： 10） as mobile phase, and UV detector. Results： The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 399 - 1. 597 mg/mL （r=0. 9993） , the recovery was 98%- 102%. Conclusions： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is an effective method for the determination of glucosamine sulphate and could be used for determination of glucosamine sulfate.
