摘 要:目的:建立柴藿颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(46∶54),检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量5μL,柱温30℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.632~3.792μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=3E+06X-481319(r=1,n=6),平均加样回收率101.46%,RSD为2.14%。结论:本法简便快捷、灵敏,结果准确,可用于柴藿颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective: To establish a determination method of baicalin in Chaihuo Particles. Methods: A mobile phase of methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid (46 : 54) was pumped at 1 mL/min through a Diamonsil CIS(2) chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Detection wavelength was 280 nm. Sample volume was 5 μL, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 632 - 3. 792μg. The regression equation was Y= 3E+06X-481319 (r = 1, n=6). The average recovery rate was 101.46%, and RSD was 2.14%. Conclusions: This method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, which can be used in the determination of baicalin in Chaihuo Particles.
