摘　　要：近20年来,微透析技术在皮肤方面的研究和应用日趋深入和广泛。皮肤微透析技术是应用半透膜两侧溶质被动自由弥散的原理,动态地监测真皮组织间液内源性或外源性物质浓度的新技术。本文就近10年来微透析技术在皮肤药动学研究中的应用作一综述。The application of microdialysis in skin studies has been more and more widely and deeply in recent 20 years.The cutaneous microdialysis technique is based on the passive di{fusion of compounds which cross a semi-permeable membrane under a concentration gradient. It can be used to monitor concentrations of endogenous and exogenous solutes of the dermal-interstitial fluid continuously. In this article,relative researches on application of microdialysis in dermatopharmacokinetics in recent 10 years were reviewed.
