职业技术院校“业群式”岗位体育研究

摘　　要：职业技术院校面向未来职业岗位进行体育教育已经形成共识。然而,面对千差万别的职业劳动岗位,如何指导并科学实现职业技术院校体育针对性的教育,是摆在职业教育者面前的重要课题。文章依据我国职业教育指向性政策要求、马克思全面发展学说,从运动训练学视野,运用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,观察法等,对当前职业岗位劳动时的运动特点进行深入研究,归类组合出相似的"职业岗位群",从而对当前职业技术院校所设置的专业(准职业),进行对应类属划分,按照"专业群"形式,初步构建出"业群式"岗位体育模式,化繁为简,为职业技术院校体育教育与专业的有效结合提供参考。It has formed a consensus about physical education for professional positions of vocational and technical colleges. However, faced with vastly different occupational labor jobs, how to guide and achieve targeted education of vocational and technical school is an important issue. According to the point of China＇s vocational education policy requirements, the Max - round development of doctrine and the sports training perspective, this paper, u- sing the methods of literature review, logical analysis, observation, gave a deep study to characteristics of the cur- rent labor movement of profession, combine a similar ＂occupational status group＂. And then, the author corre-spondingly divided the current set of professional of vocational and technical institutions. In accordance with the ＂ professional group＂ form, the initial build out, ＂industry cluster-type＂ jobs sports mode. Therefore, this paper can provide reference to the effective integration between professional and sports in vocational and technical colleges.
