摘　　要：为了促进我国体育产业的发展,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从阐述体育产业经营管理人才相关概念着手,着重分析了体育产业经营管理人才培养需求及培养模式。In order to promote the development of the sports industry in China, this paper focuses on the analysis of the sports industry management personnel training needs and training mode by using the method of literature review, logical analysis and related concepts of management staff sports industry.
