摘　　要：安徽省农业产业化龙头企业融资能力有限、融资难的原因包括自身和外部两方面,融资渠道单一、金融信贷制度不完善、企业信用担保能力缺乏及自身管理不善等多方面因素制约了企业融资,因此通过加大政府融资引导、强化金融机构作用、创新涉农金融产品及服务、加强企业自身管理等途径,可以更好地解决皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区农业龙头企业融资难的问题。The financing difficulty of Anhui leading corporations of agricultural industrialization is caused by both inner factors and outer factors,including onefold financing channel,imperfection in credit system,inability to guarantee business credit and ill management.It is argued that strengthening the role of government in guiding the financing,reinforcing the role of financial institutions,innovating agricultural financial products and services and enhancing self-management of corporations are some of the effective measures to solve the financing problems of these corporations.
