摘　　要：目的探讨乌司他丁对多发伤病人治疗价值。方法将60例病人随机分为两组:对照组:不加任何干预;乌司他丁组:在对照组治疗基础上加用乌司他丁30万U静脉滴注,每8小时1次。比较两组病人住ICU时间及使用呼吸机时间。结果乌司他丁组病人住ICU时间及使用呼吸机时间均明显低于对照组。结论使用乌司他丁可通过抑制炎性介质释放以保护患者各器官功能,从而降低患者死亡率。Objective To discuss the effect of ulinastain on patients with multiple injuries. Methods 60 cases with multiple injuries were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group and ulinastain group; 300000u of ulinastain, ivgtt, was given to the patients in ulinastain group once every 8 hours ; a comparison of the time length in ICU and that of ventilator application between patients in the 2 groups. Result The time length in ICU and that of ventilator application in ulinastain group were much shorter than those in control group. Conclusions Conclusions Ulinastain can protect the function of organs and reduce the mortality by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators.
