腹膜外剖宫产术后镇痛泵副作用的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察腹膜外剖宫产术后使用镇痛泵常见的副作用,预防及护理其不良反应。方法是对280例在2009年10月至2010年10月的腹膜外剖宫产使用镇痛泵的产妇对其术后进行回顾性的分析。结果呼吸抑制2例,低血压3例,恶心呕吐5例,皮肤瘙痒12例,尿潴留3例,肠胀气5例。结论对腹膜外剖宫产术使用镇痛泵的护理重点是观察产妇呼吸的变化,血压的变化。恶心呕吐,尿潴留,皮肤瘙痒虽然也重要,对患者同样重要,不可忽视。Objective To observe the extraperitoneal cesarean section postoperative use of analgesia pump common side effects, prevention and care of its adverse reactions. Methods For 280 cases in 2009 October - 2010 October extraperitoneal cesarean section using analgesic pump in postoperative maternal retrospec- tive analysis. Results Respiratory depression in 2 cases, 3 cases of hypotension, nausea and vomiting in 5 ea- ses, 12 cases of skin pruritus, urinary retention in 3 cases, 5 cases of intestinal flatulence. Conclusion The extraperitoncal cesarean section using analgesia pump care focus was observed maternal respiratory changes, changes in blood pressure. Nausea and vomiting, urinary retention, skin pruritus although is also important, as important to the patient, can not be ignored.
