摘 要:从教练技术的核心原理出发,结合大学生生涯辅导的目标和流程,构建了T-GROAS教练式个体生涯辅导模型,按照该模型,具体将教练过程分为建立信任,调整心态;明确目标及其影响;确定现实问题,找到突破口;突破思维局限,选择可行路径;确定行动计划和后期跟踪支持5个阶段进行。教练技术在大学生生涯辅导中具有有助于澄清生涯目标,有助于调整心态,有助于探寻新的生涯路径,有助于促进行动、收获成果的独特价值和具体应用。Starting from the kernel principle of coaching skills and considering the goal and the procedure of college students' career guidance, the present article creates a T-GROAS coaching model for individual career guidance. According to this model, the coaching process consists of five stages, namely establishing mutual trust to help adjust the state of mind, clarifying the goal and its influence, identifying the practical problem to locate the breakthrough point, breaking away with the limitations in thinking to choose a feasible route, and making the plan for action and follow-up support. Coaching skills may contribute to clarifying the career goal, discovering a new route for career through adjustment of the state of mind, promoting action, realizing the u- nique value of the achievements and making a practical application of them.
