摘　　要：目的了解地处亚高原的昆明城镇高血压相关危险因素,为本地区高血压及其并发症的综合防治提供依据。方法用单纯随机方法,从2009年10月～2010年4月健康体检人群中抽取18岁以上血压异常且符合高血压诊断标准者为高血压组,同时随机抽取血压正常者作为对照组。用自制调查表对两组人员进行高血压家族史、伴随病史、文化程度、劳动强度、运动状况进行问卷调查。结果两组在高血压家族史、心脏脑血管疾病及三种代谢性疾病、文化程度、劳动强度及运动状况方面有差异;相关分析提示,除文化程度外其余因素对高血压有直接影响。结论昆明城镇高血压与家族史、伴随病史、劳动强度及运动状况有关,文化程度从不同方面对高血压有一定的影响。Objective To understand sub-plateau city-Kunming hypertension related risk factors for the region patients of hypertension and its complications providing the basis for integrated control. Methods From October 2009 to April 2010 in healthy people taking more than 18 years in line with hypertension diagnosis as hypertension group, while those with nor- mal blood pressure as a randomly selected control group with simple random method. With self-made questionnaire for family history of hypertension, the accompany history, education, labor intensity, exercise status questionnaire for both groups. Results There were in the family history of hypertension, heart and cerebrovascular disease and three metabolic diseases, education, labor intensity, and exercise status were different; Correlation analysis suggests that, in addition to oth- er factors outside the education level has a direct impact on hypertension. Conclusion There were related to hypertension with a family history of hypertension, the accompany history, strength and movement of labor, while education impacting on hypertension from different aspects in Kunming town.
