新型敷料与传统换药相结合治疗糖尿病性大疱10例护理体会

摘　　要：目的应用新型敷料与传统外科换药治疗糖尿病性大疱,探讨治疗糖尿病性大疱最佳治疗方法。方法选择住院糖尿病大疱患者10例,根据糖尿病大疱的部位、范围进行分期评估、治疗,以湿敷、外科换药、新型敷料等处理,以达到清除积液、密闭保湿、促进肉芽及上皮生长的目的。结果治愈2例,显效5例,好转2例,无效1例。结论新型敷料与外科换药相结合治疗糖尿病性大疱显效明显。Objective To apply the new dressings and traditional surgical dressing changes in treatment of diabetic bullae and explore the optimum therapy for the treatment of diabetic bullae. Methods Ten cases with diabetic bullae were evalu- ated and treated by stages according to the site of diabetic bullae. Wet dressings, surgical dressing changes, new dressings and other treatment has reached the goals of clearing effusion, preserving impermeability and moisture, ~promoting granula- tion and epithelial growth. Results Two patients were cured, with the treatment duration of 16 days; Five patients showed significant effects; Two patients improved; One patient showed ineffectiveness. Conclusion The new dressings combined with surgical dressing changes shows evident effects in the treatment of diabetic builae.
