摘　　要：目的观察miRNA-210在股骨头坏死患者血浆中的表达变化,探讨miRNA-210与股骨头坏死患者血供的关系。方法采用实时定量PCR技术检测股骨头坏死患者及对照组正常人血浆中miRNA-210水平变化。结果股骨头坏死病人血浆中miRNA-210的表达水平高于正常人。结论 miRNA-210在股骨头坏死过程可能起着调控作用,提示miRNA在股骨头坏死的发生发展过程中可能起着重要调控作用,有必要深入研究。Objective To investigate the expression change of miRNA-210 in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head（AvNFH）,explore the possible relationship between miRNA-210 and femoral head necrosis.Methods The levels of serum miRNA-210 were measured in patients with AvNFH and normal human by using real-time PCR.Results Compared with normal individuals,the patients with AvNFH show a higher level of miRNA-210.Conclusion Serum miRNA-210 was elevated in the patients with AvNFH,which suggests that microRNA may have a stake in regulating the development of AvNFH.
