摘　　要：鼻咽癌是发病率居首位的头颈部恶性肿瘤,具有较强的侵袭性和转移性,且位置隐蔽,临床表现复杂多变,早期症状不典型,寻找高度敏感而特异的血清或血浆标志物对提高鼻咽癌的诊治水平具有重要的临床意义。本文就近年来鼻咽癌血清或血浆标志物应用研究进展做一综述。Incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） ranks first among head and neck malignant tumors.It has a property of strong metastasis and invasion and,its position is concealed.Furthermore,the clinical manifestation of NPC is so complicated,and the early symptoms of NPC are also not typical.Consequently,search for highly sensitive and specific serum or plasma markers is helpful to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of NPC,has an important clinical significance.Here,we will make an overview of application and clinical research for serum or plasma markers of NPC
