摘　　要：通过对敏捷制造和精益生产的研究,指出离散制造业需要运用制造执行系统来实现敏捷制造和精益生产,给出了制造执行系统应具备的功能,构建了基于SOA的MES架构并以CG公司为例进行了应用分析。Based on the analysis of agile manufacturing and lean production, it points out that the discrete manufacturing needs to use IVIES to realize agile manufacturing and lean production. It gives the MES functions for discrete manufacturing enterprise, and builds the architecture of MES based on SOA.
