摘 要:采用平面压板的无齿圈精冲,可以有效降低模具制造成本,提高精冲材料利用率。但采用常规平面压板精冲很难获得较好的冲裁面质量。文章对常规平面压板精冲模具进行改进,通过采用台阶式凸模结构实现无齿圈精冲;采用DEFORM 2DTM软件对C20E-EN钢圆盘的台阶式凸模精冲过程建立轴对称模型进行有限元模拟,分析凸模台阶高度、台阶宽度和冲裁间隙等工艺参数对零件冲裁面光洁带高度和塌角高度的影响规律,获得了相对最佳工艺参数的配合方式。将模拟结果与台阶式凸模精冲实验结果进行比较表明,模拟结果和实验结果具有较好的一致性。The Vee-Ring-Free(VRF) fine-blanking can effectively reduce the production cost of fine-blanking tool and increase the material utilization.But it is difficult to guarantee good quality of the cutting surface based on conventional plane-blank-holder fine-blanking.So the step-shaped-punch fine-blanking was put forward.An axis-symmetric FEM model of step-shaped-punch fine-blanking process for C20E-EN steel was conducted by using DEFORM 2D,and the effect of punch step height,punch step width,die clearance and other dominant parameters on clean-cutting height and die-roll height were studied.Based on the analysis,the optimal technological parameters were obtained.Theoretical predication was compared with experimental results.The results show that there is significant agreement between FEM simulation and experiment.
