摘 要:利用强流脉冲电子束法(HCPEB)对Mg73Zn26Y准晶合金进行表面处理。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜检测方法对电子束处理前后样品进行表面微观组织分析,并对合金硬度和耐磨性进行研究。结果发现,Mg73Zn26Y准晶合金原始组织中存在黑色枝晶α-Mg、灰色基体Mg7Zn3和花瓣准晶Mg3Zn6Y三种相。经过强流脉冲电子束处理后,合金样品表面平整,各元素几乎均匀分布,粗大组织和相界消失,并且有细小的弥散物分布。同时,电子束处理导致样品表面的硬度得到了不同程度的提高,2次脉冲处理的样品硬度提高最为显著,硬度值为2362.8MPa,与原始样品相比提高了33.8%。摩擦测试结果显示处理后样品摩擦因数显著降低,10次处理样品从0.26降到0.16。Mg73Zn26Y quasicrystal alloy was treated using the high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB). Its surface microstructure features along with hardness and wear resistance were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the initial structure of the alloy includes black dendrite a-Mg, gray matrix MgTZn3 and petal-like quasicrystal MgsZn6Y. HCPEB treatment gives rise to a fiat surface and the vanishing of coarse structures and phase boundaries due to the uniform distribution of alloying elements. Some fine precipitates are dispersedly distributed on the treated surface. Meanwhile, the surface hardness of the alloy is improved in different degrees after HCPEB treatment. The greatest improvement in surface hardness lies on the 2-pulse Sample surface, and the value is about 2 362.8 MPa. Compared to the initial sample, the surface hardness of the 2-pulse sample is enhanced by 33.8%. Friction testing shows the friction coefficients of HCPEB-treated samples are significantly decreased. The friction coefficient of the 10-pulse sample is 0.16, whereas that of the initial sample is 0.26.
