急性环状嵌顿痔术后复方丹参注射液肛周注射临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参注射液肛周注射在急性环状嵌顿痔术后的临床应用效果。方法对同期收治的急性环状嵌顿痔患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各100例,分别采用和不采用复方丹参注射液肛周注射治疗,对临床疗效进行对比观察。结果治疗组术后疼痛程度、水肿程度、切口瘢痕形成率均低于对照组;切口愈合时间短于对照组。结论急性环状嵌顿痔术后应用复方丹参注射液肛周注射能有效地缩短切口愈合时间,减轻术后疼痛、水肿及切口瘢痕形成。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the perianal injection of compound danshen injection in acute annular incarcerated hemorrhoid after operation.Methods Two hundred patients with acute annular incarcerated hemorrhoid were randomly allocated into two equal groups.Compound danshen injection were injected by perianal after operation.Results The postoperative pain、edema,and scar formation in treatment group were lower than those in control group;Wound healing time is also shorter in treatment group than those in control group.Conclusion Acute annular incarcerated hemorrhoid after operations receive perianal injection of compound danshen injection can effectively reduce wound healing time,surgery pain,edema and scar formation.
