摘　　要：人力资本是促进经济转型升级的核心资本。十年来,浙江省劳动力总量不断扩张、综合素质稳步提升,为经济社会发展提供了重要人力资本支持。但是浙江人力资本现状仍不能满足经济转型发展需求,需要构建适应经济转型特点的人力资本体系。Summary of human capital is to promote economic transformation and upgrading of core capital. In decades, the continuous expansion of the total labor force, Zhejiang Province, the overall quality of steady improvement, as an important economic and social development of human capital support. However, the status of human capital of Zhejiang still can not meet the development needs of economic restructuring, economic restructuring to adapt to the characteristics needed to build the human capital system.
