摘　　要：介绍了基于可伸缩视频编解码技术的电梯安全状态实时监控系统的设计开发，包括系统的组成、研究的主要内容、组织实施方案等。该监控系统提高了电梯视频信号网络传输的实时性和可靠性，可以实现对电梯异常状态的预警。This paper introduces the elevator safety status monitoring system based on the coding and decoding technology of the telescopic video, including the construction of the system main contents and its plan, etc. This system improves the real time and reliability of the network transmission of the elevator video signal and can implement the early warning to the abnormal cases of elevator.
