摘　　要：用正辛基三乙氧基硅烷及正辛基二甲基氯硅烷合成含长链基团的有机硅树脂，讨论了不同的乳化剂及其用量对有机硅乳液型建筑防水剂性能的影响。结果表明：当采用AEO-3和AEO-9复配作乳化剂，用量为有机硅树脂的5％～7％时，制得的有机硅乳液型建筑防水剂的贮存期和防水性能最佳。Silicone resin with long-chain groups was synthesized by triethoxyoctylsilane and dimethyloctylchlorosilane. This paper discusses the influence of different types and dosages of emulsifier in performances of silicone latex building waterproofing agent. The results show that the agent with best waterproofing performance and longest storage life is obtained by using mixed emulsifier of AEO-3＋AEO-9 and its dosage is 5%-7% of the silicone resin.
