摘　　要：目的建立舒筋外洗颗粒的薄层定性鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对舒筋外洗颗粒中玄参、虎杖、两面针等药材进行定性鉴别。结果玄参、虎杖、两面针的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰。结论该方法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,耐用性良好,结果准确可靠,可作为舒筋外洗颗粒的薄层定性鉴别方法,用于控制其质量。objective TO establish the method which based on qualitative identification by TLC for the ShuJinWaiXi granules. Methods TLC was used to make a thin layer qualitative identification for Figwort roots, Giant Knotweed Rhizome and Zan.thoxylum nitidum DC. and so on of the ShuJinWaiXi granules. Results The spots of thin layer chromatography of these herbal medicines were clear, distinct, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion： This method with high specificity and good reproducibility was easy to operate and came to an accurate result. It can be used as Thin layer qualitative identity method of ShuJinWaiXi granules for its quality control.
