摘　　要：阐述信息素养概念的内涵,在分析医务人员信息素养现状的基础上,从信息意识、信息检索能力、信息评价和有效利用、信息道德几方面提出医务人员应具备的信息素养,指出培养和提高信息素养的途径。The paper depicts the concept of information literacy. Based on the analysis of current information literacy among medical personnel, it proposes the fundamental literacy for medical personnel from information consciousness, information retrieval ability, information evaluation and effective utilization, and information morality. It also points out methods in cultivating and promoting information literacy.
