摘　　要：竞技体育教练员是竞技体育发展的核心要素,教练员队伍的年龄结构、文化层次、职称结构、所能参与的继续教育培训等,都对一个地区竞技体育的发展有着密切的联系。通过查阅资料、访谈、问卷调查,对目前重庆市竞技体育教练员队伍状况进行调查,提出重庆市竞技体育教练员队伍可持续发展的对策,以供参考。Athletic trainers is the core element of the development of athletic sports,coaches age structure,cultural level,the title structure,can participate in continuing education training,both on a regional sports development are closely linked.Through access to information,interviews,questionnaire survey,the Chongqing city athletics coaches＇ situation investigation,put forward Chongqing city athletics sports coaches in sustainable development countermeasure,for reference.
