摘　　要：针对某厂 1台起重机的实际情况 ,结合实际检测和理论计算 ,分析了起重机端梁产生裂纹的原因 ,提出裂纹缺陷的修复措施 ,指出了起重机在设计、制造、使用中应注意的问题。Based on theoretical analysis and inspection resultants, considering the circumstances of an overhead traveling crane, the reasons causing cracks of its end girders are analyzed, and repairing measures are given in this paper.At last, several items that should be noticed in the designing, making and using process of the crane are pointed out.
