摘　　要：为缓解铁路客货运输日益紧张局面 ,修建电气化铁路复线势在必行 ,但在复线控爆施工中 ,则有诸多安全技术问题急需解决。本文就有关安全因素予以分析 ,以策运营施工两不误。The multiple track of electric railway must be built in order to alleviate the traffic pressure of railway, but many safety and technology problems should be solved in the controlled blasting, the safety factors are analysed so as to ensure both the operation and construction of electric railway.
