中药与胸膝卧位纠正臀位110例的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:主要探讨孕晚期臀位矫正方法对孕妇及胎儿的影响。方法:在产前检查中发现妊娠28周的胎位不正孕妇(主要为臀先露)共320例分别选择胸膝卧位、艾炙至阴穴两种矫正胎位异常方法效果观察。结果:胸膝卧位组160例,艾炙至阴穴组160例的对比效果,胸膝卧位组矫正126例,矫正率78.75%,艾炙至阴穴组144例,矫正率90%,统计学处理:X^2=7.68,p<0.01,有极显著差异。结论认为艾炙至阴穴比胸膝卧位在孕晚期矫正臀位效果好,且易为孕妇接受及临床推广应用。Objective ：to explore the third trimester breech correction method on pregnant women and fetus effect.Methods in prenatal examination in the detection of 28 weeks gestation fetal position is not correct,pregnant women（mainly for the breech） a total of 320 patients were selected knee-chest position,moxibustion to Yin hole two for correcting abnormal fetal position method effect.Results 160 cases of knee-chest group,moxibustion to Yin hole group 160 cases of contrast effects,knee-chest group correction of 126 cases,correction rate 78.75%,moxibustion to Yin hole group 144 cases,correction rate 90%,statistics：the X ^ 2 = 7.68,P 0.01,with significant difference.Conclusion moxibustion to Yin hole than the knee-chest position during the third trimester of correcting breech effect is good,and easy for pregnant women to accept and clinical application.
