硝酸甘油加利宁凝胶治疗慢性肛裂198例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨陈旧性肛裂的非手术治疗方法。方法:采用硝酸甘油加利宁凝胶治疗慢性肛裂198例,并与采用内扩约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂206例的临床资料进行对比分析。结果:两组的治愈率、有效率、裂口愈合时间及便血持续时间无显著差异(P>0.05),但在疼痛持续时间、肛门部分失禁、肛周潮湿瘙痒、头痛面红等方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油加利宁凝胶在临床上可以作为一种安全、有效的肛裂局部治疗药,且药物治疗可明显减少患者的痛苦,没有肛门失禁的危险,头痛面红等副作用较轻。Objective To investigate the conservative treatment of old anal fissure.Methods Use nitroglycerin and tetracaine hydrochloride gel in curing 198 patients with chronic anal fissure,and compare with 206 cases cured with internal anal sphincterotomy.Results There are no significantly differences in cure rate,effective rate,fissure healing time and hematochezia duration（P0.05） .But in conservative treatment group,it’s much better in the duration of pain,partial incontinence of anus,perianal pruritus and headache,etc（P0.05） .Conclusions Nitroglycerin together with tetracaine hydrochloride gel is a safe and effective method in curing old anal fissure as a local treatment drug
