家庭护理结合综合康复治疗小儿脑瘫合并膝反张疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察家庭护理结合综合康复治疗小儿脑瘫合并膝反张的疗效。方法:将2010年4月-2011年6月106例脑瘫患儿随机分观察组和对照组,观察组52例,对照组54例。两组均进行综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上结合家庭康复护理,一个月为一疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患儿膝反张改善程度。结果:治疗组显效24例,有效26例,无效2例,对照组显效10例,有效41例,无效3例,uc=2.43,P<0.05,比较差异有统计学意义,观察组患儿膝反张改善疗效优于对照组。结论:家庭护理结合综合康复治疗脑瘫患儿膝反张疗效优于综合康复治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of combination of home care and comprehensive treatment of children with cerebral palsy and genu recurvatum.Methods：106 cases from April 2010 to June 201 1 were randomly divided into two groups, with 52 cases in the treatment group,and 54 cases in the control group. Comprehensive treatment was applied in both groups, while children in the observation group had home care in addition to the comprehensive treatment.The length of one course of treatment is a month. For both groups,degree of improvement of genu recurvatum was observed and evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results： In the treatment group,E4 cases were seen markedly effective,26 cases were seen effective,whereas 2 cases were found ineffective.ln the control group,10 cases were seen markedly effective,41 cases were seen effective,while 3 cases were found ineffective.uc =2.43 ,P〈0.05 which indicate that There is statistically significant difference in clinical effects between the two groups,with children in the treatment group got more benefit in improving genu recurvatum. Conclusion： Combination of home care and comprehensive treatment of children with cerebral palsy and genu recurvatum is more effective than applying comprehensive treatment.
