摘　　要：目的:探讨综合医院门诊护理人员的工作特点与护理管理措施,提高门诊护理管理水平,为医院护理管理者提供科学的管理参考经验。方法:针对医院门诊护理工作的特点、护理项目及护理人员的基本素质进行了全面综合分析,制定了提高门诊护理人员整体素质的基本要求。结果:门诊护理质量的高低在很大程度上影响着患者对医院的选择,注重加强医院门诊护理管理水平,可提高门诊护理工作的效率和患者的满意度。结论:医院门诊治疗与护理是一种方便、快捷、机动灵活、价格低廉的医疗服务模式,门诊护理质量的高低在很大程度上影响着患者对医院的选择,护理管理者只有通过不断提高护理管理水平,提高护理人员的业务技能和综合素质,从而提高护理服务质量,才能满足患者的需求。Objective：To investigate the general hospital outpatient care and nursing work characteristics and management practices to improve patient care management,hospital care managers for the management of scientific information.Methods：Hospital nursing characteristics of nursing care and the basic quality of the project conducted a comprehensive analysis of the development of outpatient nursing staff to improve the overall quality of the basic requirements.Results：The level of quality patient care to a large extent influence the choice of hospital patients,focusing on strengthening hospital patient care management,can improve the efficiency of patient care and patient satisfaction.Conclusion：Hospital treatment and care is a convenient,fast,flexible,affordable health care model,out-patient nursing staff only continue to improve business skills and overall quality,to meet the needs of patients.
