右旋美托咪定对腹腔镜术后应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究右旋美托咪定对手术后应激反应的影响。方法 60例全麻下腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分为二组:A组于手术结束后10分钟内静脉注射右旋美托咪定0.5ug/kg,B组不用任何药物。观察二组手术结果时(T0),拔管后1分钟(T1),6分钟(T2),11分钟后(T3).SBp、DBp、HR和血糖(Glu)。结果 B组T1-T3时各项检测指标均明显高于T0时(P<0.05)。A组T1-T3时各项检测指标均明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论手术结束后静注右旋美托咪定对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应激反应有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedctomidine（Dex） on stress response in patients postoperative.Methods Sixty patients undergoing LC and general anesthesia were equally randomized into groups of A and B.Dex was infused in 10 min in a dose of 0.5ug/Kg postoperative in group A.Nothing was infused in group B.Bp、 HR and Glu were detected after operation（T0） 、at 1 min after extuhation（T1） 、at 6 min after extuhation and 11 min after extuhation.Results In group B BP、HR、Glu were all higher at T1-T3 than those at T0（P0.05） .Bp、HR、Glu were all lower in group A than those in group B at T1-T3（P0.05） .Conclusion Dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg can reduce stress response of patients undergoing LC and general anesthesia.
