回收式自体输血在腰椎骨折手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨回收式自体输血在腰椎骨折手术中的用血效果。方法:对41例腰椎骨折手术患者中采用回收式自体输血和同种异体输血的用血情况进行比较。结果:采用回收式自体输血的患者异体同种输血量明显减少、回收率为82%,无输血不良反应、平均住院日明显缩短。结论:回收式自体输血可以解决由于用血液紧张而引起的供血困难,避免由于输注异体血而引起的不良反应及传染病的发生,同时还可适当减轻患者的经济负担,是一种安全合理、科学经济而且有效的医疗方式。Objective：To investigate the autotransfusion in operation of lumbar fractures with blood effect.Methods：41 cases of patients with lumbar fracture by operation using autotransfusion and allogenic transfusion of blood were compared.Results ：the use of autotransfusion in patients with allogenic blood transfusion is decreased,the rate of recovery is 82%,no adverse transfusion reaction,average days of hospitalization was significantly shorter.Conclusion：autotransfusion can be solved by using the blood caused by feeding difficulties,avoid the infusion of allogeneic blood and induced adverse reactions and the occurrence of infectious diseases,at the same time can also be appropriate to reduce the economic burden of the patients,is a safe,reasonable,scientific and economic,effective medical mode.
