摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗髋关节周围异位骨化并髋关节强直的疗效。方法手术治疗髋关节周围异位骨化并髋关节强直7例,统计手术前后髋关节活动范围的改善。结果所有患者髋关节活动范围均得到改善,术后异位骨化无复发。结论手术治疗髋关节周围异位骨化并髋关节强直疗效良好,可显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of heterotopic ossification around the hip joint and hip joint stiffness effect.Method of surgical treatment of heterotopic ossification around the hip and hip ankylosis in 7 cases,statistics before and after surgery to improve hip range of motion.Results All patients with hip range of motion were improved after surgery without recurrence of heterotopic ossification.Conclusion Surgical treatment of heterotopic ossification around the hip joint and hip joint stiffness and excellent outcomes,can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life.
