摘 要:纤维束的充分展开效果对实现高黏度热塑性树脂的浸渍尤为重要。Wilson提出了计算纤维束展开宽度的模型。该模型仅适用于计算纤维在直型辊上的展开宽度。对Wilson的模型进行改进,不采用Wilson模型的近似代换,建立了更具有物理意义的新模型。并且对新模型进行扩充,使其能模拟纤维在曲型辊上的展开。对得到的模型进行模拟,发现纤维束展开的宽度与展开辊间高度差成正比,与曲型辊的曲率半径成反比,且模拟得到的结果能很好地与实验数据吻合。The spreading result of fibre bundles decides whether the resin can impregnate the fibers adequately and equally or not during the fabrication of composite prepreg. In particular if the resin is of high viscosity as PEEK, PPS and PI,etc. A model proposed by Wilson is generally used to calculate the spread width of fibre bundles, but it' s only appropriate for the cylindrical pin or roller. The Wilson' s model mainly by ignoring its approximation build a more physical one is modified. The new model can be applied to any curved pin or roller. The simulation results of the new model show that the spread width is proportional to the height of between two pins, and inversely proportional to the radius of the curved pin or roller. These results fit with that of the experiments well.
