应用生脉注射液治疗258例小儿呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉注射液对小儿呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将258例病例分为治疗组134例,对照组124例,治疗组在常规抗感染、对症治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液;对照组仅给予常规抗感染及对症治疗,比较两组患儿在病程、复发等方面的差异。结果:治疗组患儿的病程明显缩短,优于对照组,P<0.01,具有统计学意义;其后两年中,治疗组患儿的复发再治率明显低于对照组。结论:应用生脉注射液治疗小儿呼吸道感染可明显增强疗效,缩短病程,增强免疫力,降低复发率。Objective：To explore the effect of Shengmai Injection on infantile respiratory tract infection curative effect.Methods：the 258 cases were divided into the treatment group of 134 cases,124 cases of the control group,treatment group was given conventional resistance to infection,symptomatic treatment with Shengmai injection;the control group only received routine treatment of infection,symptomatic treatment,were compared between the two groups in the course of the disease,recurrence and other differences.Results：the two groups in the course of the disease,the treatment group was significantly shorter,than the control group,P 0.01,with statistical significance;two treatment groups recurrence after cure rate was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：＂ Shengmai Injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infections can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect,shorten the course of disease,enhance immunity,reduce the recurrence rate.
