摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合半刺治疗小儿盗汗的疗效。方法:将门诊符合条件的70例盗汗患儿随机分为两组:葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌口服35例作为对照组,推拿手法配合半刺治疗35例作为治疗组,观察其治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后临床疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:推拿手法配合半刺治疗小儿盗汗疗效确切。Objective：To observe the combined with half needling in treating pediatric sweating efficacy.Methods：70 cases of outpatient department in accordance with the conditions of the night sweats were randomly divided into two groups：calcium gluconate,zinc gluconate oral 35 cases as control group,massage and acupuncture treatment of 35 cases of half as treatment group,to observe its clinical curative effect.Results：the two groups after treatment of clinical efficacy in comparison with significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：massage and acupuncture treatment of children with night sweats half exact curative effect.
