摘　　要：目的:观察加味天麻胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:采用随机、阳性药物平行对照的方法,将100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例口服加味天麻胶囊,对照组40例口服颈复康颗粒,共治疗7周,观察治疗前后临床症状、功能恢复清况,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味天麻胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。Objective：Modified Tianma capsule treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical disease treatment.METHODS：A randomized,parallel positive drug controlled method,100 cases of cervical vertebral artery disease were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,60 cases of oral capsules Modified Tianma,the control group,40 cases of oral Jingfukang particles were treated 7 weeks and observed clinical symptoms,functional recovery of clear conditions,evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results：After treatment,the total efficiency than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Tianma capsule treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical disease have better clinical efficacy.
