消防应急救援主体探析

摘　　要：探讨了消防应急救援主体的概念,对目前关于消防应急救援主体的法律规定进行了梳理,分析了消防应急救援主体法律规定的现状,指出存在的不足,并对完善消防应急救援主体法律规定提出了建议。This paper discusses the concept of the principal part of fire fighting emergency rescue, sorts out and analyzes the laws on the principal part of fire fighting emergency rescue at present, and points out the efficiency, then puts forward some suggestions on the improvements of the laws on the principal part of emergency rescue for fire fighting.
