摘　　要：针对工业工程在变电运行中的应用,以人因工程学为理论指导,分析了造成人的失误的外部因素和内部因素,说明人因失误是造成变电运行中事故发生的主要原因,提出了相应的对策,建议在变电站中开展现场管理的5S活动。Aim at industrial application of engineering in the power substation operation, using human engineering as the theoretical guidance, it is analyzed the causes of the failure of external factors and internal factors, that human error is caused in substation operation accidents, and it is put forward corresponding countermeasures, suggestions in substation to unfold locale management 5S activity.
