摘　　要：油液的污染是液压系统发生故障的主要原因。如何通过快速而简便的检测方法，以便准确的了解油液的理化特性，同时采取有效的污染控制方法，是预防系统突发故障，延长设备使用寿命的关键。本文介绍了几种实用的油液检测及控制方法，可用于液压设备的日常维护。The pollution of the oil is the main cause of the breakdowns of the hydraulic system. How to use the fast and simple inspection methods to know the physical and chemical properties of the oil, and take the effective pollution controlling actions is the key problem to prevent the breakdown of the system and to lengthen the using life of the equipments. The article gives several practical inspection and controlling methods of the oil, which can be used in the daily maintenance of the hydraulic equipments.
