中药肠肺清颗粒结合机械通气治疗ARDS的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药肠肺清颗粒治疗ARDS的疗效。方法采用中药肠肺清颗粒治疗ARDS19例,并设对照组观察。结果 PaO2/FiO2:治疗后,治疗组为281.47±92.01,对照组为226.05±89.10;血浆THF-α:治疗组为10.86±1.60,对照组为12.07±1.07;病死率:治疗组31.57%,对照组为57.89%。结论中药肠肺清颗粒能够降低TNF-α等细胞因子的产生和释放;改善ARDS患者的氧合指数,降低ARDS死亡率。Objective Observation of ChangFeiQing granules of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of ARDS.Methods using ChangFeiQing granules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ARDS19 patients,and a control group to observe.Results PaO2/FiO2：After treatment,the treatment group was 281.47±92.01 and the control group was 226.05±89.10;plasma TNF-alpha：the treatment group was 10.86±1.60 and the control group was 12.07±1.07;case fatality rate： the treatment group was 31.57%,the control group was 57.89%.Conclusion ChangFeiQing granule of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce TNF alpha and cytokine production and release in patients with ARDS;improve oxygenation index,reduce mortality in ARDS.
