丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液在慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的疗效。方法对70例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为二组:对照组(34例)和治疗组(36例)。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注,10天后比较两组治疗前、治疗后的动脉血气分析、脑钠肽、D-二聚体水平。结果治疗组10天后动脉血气分析、脑钠肽、D-二聚体优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能有效缓解慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期病情,改善临床症状。Objective To research the effect of Danhong Injection on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group（n=34） were treated with conventional therapy,and those in the treatment group（n=36） received the same treatment but with intravenous infusion of Danhong injection additionally,The treatment lasted for 10 days.The arterial blood gas values,D-dimer and the level of B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） were compared before treatment and after treatment.Results The arterial blood gas values,the D-dimer and the level of BNP after treatment in the treatment group were markedly improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Danhong Injection is effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation.
