摘　　要：对虚拟物流中心的性质、职能、运作模式及关键成本进行深入分析提出了构建虚拟物流中心需要解决的三个关键问题提出了构建虚拟物流中心的系统方法和理论提出虚拟物流中心的信息平台建设的重要性。提出物流的实体网络与虚拟网络的无缝结合已成为现代物流需求的首要目标和物流行业的发展方向。On the virtual logistics center properties, function, operation mode and key cost undertakes thorough analysis put forward the construction of virtual logistics center needs to solve three key problems proposed constructing virtual logistics center system method and the theory of virtual logistics center of the importance of the construction of the information platform. The proposed logistics network of entities and the virtual network has become a seamless combination of modern logistics needs of the primary objectives and direction of development of the logistics industry.
